Emma Oravits of the Cape May County Technical High School is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A freshman on the softball team, Oravits slugged a three-run home run that cleared the fence in left field to help the Lady Hawks to an 11-0 win over county rival Wildwood last week. Oravits entered this week with seven hits in 28 at bats and is second on the team with 13 runs scored. Cape May Tech enters this week on a three-game winning streak.

Oravits is a three-sport varsity athlete at Cape May Tech, also participating in basketball and volleyball.
