Lily Vogel of Middle Township High School is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A senior third baseman on the softball team, Vogel had the game-winning RBI in the Lady Panthers’ dramatic 3-2 victory over Ocean City on Monday.

One of the team’s leaders and a captain, Vogel has 10 hits in 44 at bats for a Middle team that went into midweek at 10-7 with wins in five of its last six games.
