Ty Bonner of Lower Cape May Regional High School is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Male Athlete of the Week.

A junior on the boys basketball team, Bonner is averaging more than 16 points per game for the Caper Tigers this season. He scored 14 points total and sank two key free throws in the final minute to help Lower Cape May to a 49-48 upset win over Atlantic City, one game after scoring 19 points in a win over Holy Spirit. Earlier this week, Bonner scored 17 points in a 56-46 win over Pleasantville.

Bonner also plays lacrosse for Lower Cape May.
