Kaitlyn Nordberg of Wildwood Catholic Academy is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A sophomore on the swimming team, Nordberg has been a key point scorer this winter, helping the Crusaders secure the Cape-Atlantic United Conference championship for the second straight season.

Nordberg was part of the first-place 200 freestyle relay team in Wildwood Catholic’s title-clinching win over Holy Spirit last week.

She went on to post a personal-best time in the 200 individual medley at the recent South Jersey Invitational and this week will swim in the same event at the Cape-Atlantic League Championships.
