Dave Douglass of Lower Cape May Regional High School is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Male Athlete of the Week.

A junior quarterback, Douglass ran for two touchdowns and threw for another to help the Caper Tigers to a 42-0 win over Middle Township last Friday. He rushed for 67 yards on 12 carries and completed 8-of-11 passes for 116 yards in the victory.

Douglass, also a starter on defense for Lower Cape May, is a key member of the school’s wrestling team as well.

Lower takes a record of 2-1 into Saturday’s game at Absegami.
