Sarah Farrow of Middle Township High School is the latest MudHen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A senior on the girls basketball team, Farrow recently recorded her 500th career rebound at the Boardwalk Basketball Classic. The 5-6 forward was averaging 9.7 points and 8.0 rebounds for the season going into Tuesday’s game at Egg Harbor Township.

Farrow helped Middle Township to the 2025 Cape-Atlantic League playoff tournament championship and to three straight South Jersey Group II titles.
