Lily King of Wildwood Catholic Academy is the latest MudHen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A senior on the girls basketball team, King has been one of the most productive players in the Cape-Atlantic League this season, especially of late. The 5-10 guard/forward has recorded a double-double in points and rebounds in five of her last seven games, helping the Crusaders go 6-1 during that stretch. She poured in a career-high 33 points, going 15 for 16 from the free-throw line, in a recent win over Ewing, before posting 24 points and tying her career best with 16 rebounds in a win over Mainland this week.

King, who has committed to play college basketball at Division II East Stroudsburg, is averaging 15.2 points and 9.3 rebounds for the season. She also recently recorded her 100th career three-point basket.
