Destiny Wallace of Wildwood Catholic Academy is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A senior on the girls basketball team, Wallace signed a National Letter of Intent to play college basketball at Division II Georgina Court earlier this week. One of the area’s top defenders, Wallace averages 5.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game for a Crusader team that enters the state playoffs at 23-3 on the season.

Wallace was also a soccer standout at Wildwood Catholic, leading the team with nine goals to go with three assists last fall.
