VIDEO: Middle races to victory over LCM on Senior Night

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – On the evening the program honored its seniors, the Middle Township High School girls soccer team turned in a dominant performance.

The Lady Panthers scored three goals on either side of halftime in rolling to a 6-0 victory over rival Lower Cape May under the lights at the Boyd Street Field on Wednesday.

Gracie Repici scored twice and dished an assist and Izzy Miller, Keily Sanchez, Gabriella Oliver and Carmen O’Hara each chipped in goals in the win. Miller and Sanchez were also each credited with assists.

Repici upped her season total to 20 goals.

McKenzie Palek and Alli Nagle combined for the shutout in goal for Middle (6-9).

Meredith Lutjen made 14 saves in goal for Lower Cape May (5-11). 

Repici, Sanchez, O’Hara, Palek, McKenna Oliver and Alexis Blakeslee were the seniors honored by Middle at halftime.
