ERMA – Ty Bonner has now reached two significant sporting milestones at Lower Cape May Regional High School.

After surpassing 1,000 career points in basketball as a junior, Bonner added to his athletic resume in lacrosse as a senior Monday afternoon by reaching 400 career saves in the Caper Tigers’ 15-3 win over rival Middle Township.

Bonner made five saves in the convincing victory.

Lower (2-5) enjoyed some nice offensive balance in the win as six different players scored goals Sophomore Cole Lewis led the way with five goals, followed by senior Jaxon Turner with four goals and two assists. Cooper Turner and Jacob Collins each scored twice and Brandon Frame and Joey Wareham each added single tallies.

Middle (0-4) received goals from Jacob Rossi-Friend, Tyler King and Luca DelConte.
