Remi Rodriguez of Middle Township High School is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Male Athlete of the Week.

A junior running back for the Panther football team, Rodriguez rushed for 124 yards on 20 carries in a close 20-14 loss to Wall Township last weekend.

For the season, Rodriguez has rushed 102 times for 725 yards and six touchdowns. He’s also caught six passes for 72 yards.

Rodriguez has helped Middle to a 5-1 record through six games.
