Nagle leads Middle to win over CMT in flag football opener

The Middle Township High School girls flag football team won its season opener Wednesday evening.

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – The Middle Township High School girls flag football team enjoyed an offensive explosion in its season opener Wednesday evening at Memorial Field.

Allie Nagle scored three touchdowns and posted two interceptions to lead the Lady Panthers to a 45-6 win over Cape May Tech.

Nagle caught two touchdown passes and returned one of her interceptions for another score.

Also for Middle, quarterback Armani Mejia ran for two touchdowns and Valentia Rowell and Alexa Trombetta each added scoring catches.
