Macie McCracken of Wildwood High School is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A senior on the girls basketball team, McCracken posted 23 points, 13 rebounds and five steals to guide the Lady Warriors to a 51-45 win over Wildwood Catholic at the Boardwalk Basketball Classic. One game earlier, McCracken tallied 27 points and seven rebounds in a 64-45 win over Central Bucks South (Pa.).

McCracken entered the new year with 1,901 career points, putting her on pace to become the third girls basketball player in school history to eclipse 2,000 career points.

McCracken, who is set to play basketball at Division II West Chester University, is also a standout distance runner at Wildwood. She won the South Jersey Group I championship meet in November.
