Julia Wallace of Wildwood Catholic Academy is the latest Mudhen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A senior shortstop on the softball team, Wallace has been on a tear at the plate since the start of the season. On Monday, she went 4 for 5 with a double, three runs scored, three RBI and two stolen bases in a 12-11 loss to Cape May Tech.

For the season so far, Wallace has posted an incredible 18 hits in 20 at bats for a batting average of .900. She has four doubles and a triple and has posted 17 RBI and 15 runs scored through six games.

Wallace is set to play Division III college softball at The College of New Jersey.
