Jamar Mack of Middle Township High School is the latest MudHen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Male Athlete of the Week.

A junior on the cross country team, Mack enjoyed another stellar season in both dual and championship meets. Mack won the Big Five meet for the third time in his career in September, before leading Middle to the Cape-Atlantic National Conference title. He placed fourth at the Cape May County meet and finished fifth at the South Jersey Group II championship meet.

Mack went on to place 20th out of 144 finishers at the state Group II meet at Holmdel Park earlier this month.
