Lauren Crouthamel of Lower Cape May Regional High School is the latest MudHen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Female Athlete of the Week.

A junior on the swimming team, Crouthamel was one of the top athletes at the Cape-Atlantic League swimming championships at Atlantic City recently.

She won the 100 butterfly race in a personal-best time of 1:05.49 and also placed third in the 200 individual medley in 2:27.13.
