STONE HARBOR – The Wildwood Catholic Academy boys soccer team enjoyed a fine start to its 2026 season Friday afternoon.

The Crusaders scored twice in each half to post a comfortable 4-1 win over Atlantic City at the 80th Street Field.

Evan Papageorgiou, Charlie Flickinger, Andrew Catanoso and Joey Catanoso tallied goals in the victory. Flickinger’s came on a penalty kick.

Theo Margarites came within a few minutes of a shutout in goal until the Vikings tallied late.

Wildwood Catholic is next in action Wednesday at St. Joseph.
