Carter Evans of Middle Township High School is the latest MudHen Brewing Company/CapeAtlanticLive.com Male Athlete of the Week.

A freshman on the boys soccer team, Evans has scored 10 goals through eight games so far this season, including seven over his last three games. 

Video of his bicycle-kick goal from 18 yards out in a win over Pleasantville went viral online through the local sports community.

Evans scored three times in a 4-2 win over Bridgeton in the team’s most recent game, with one of the tallies being an Olympico goal scored directly from a corner kick.

Evans is currently tied for the CAL lead in goals scored this season.
